Join Wine Maker Bob Cabral as he showcases his wines paired with a 6 course meal at Alexander's Restaurant.
The Williams Selyem Winery, located in Healdsburg, Sonoma County, began as a simple dream of two friends, Ed Selyem and Burt Williams, who began winemaking as a hobby in Forestville, California and made their first vintage in 1981. Mr. Selyem and Mr. Williams set a new standard for Pinot Noir winemaking in the United States, aligning Sonoma County's Russian River Valley in the firmament of the best winegrowing regions of the world. Today, John and Kathe Dyson, who purchased the winery in 1998, carry on the passion for Pinot Noir winemaking without compromise.
The 6 course meal with wines paired will be $175.00 per person and room/dinner packages are available.
